Hello everyone!!! We just wrapped up our first Armed Forces Entertainment tour of the year! The Jenny Boyle Band left the country last Friday for Puerto Rico where we helped the Army celebrate their Birthday at Ft. Buchanan. Then we met up with the US Coast Guard and rocked the house! We were off on Monday in our private jet, on our way to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba! We had an awesome time at GTMO! We met some really great people there! We played a couple of great shows, but the high point for me I think was our adventure in the middle of the night, hunting for Banana Rats (D.C doesn't have anything on these "cat size" rats!) As you can tell, we have a lot of stories!!! I can't wait to share them with you! I will be posting the pictures up on the website very soon, so keep checking back!
We are off again next Thursday to Venice, Ghedi, Aviano and Vicenza in Italy, West Cyprus, Incirlik air Base and Izmir Turkey, Madrid Spain, Lisbon Portugal, and Terceria Portugal (in the Azor's)! We can't wait!
In the mean time, I have a solo show tonight at Kilroys in Springfield Va, so come on out! Hours are 9-1am, 21 & over, no cover!
